Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges and find healing. With extensive experience addressing addiction, codependency, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and more, I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space for personal growth. I specialize in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR) therapy to help clients heal internal, unresolved wounds and/or trauma and change negative core beliefs. I offer in-person and virtual therapy, including talk therapy and EMDR for individuals, as well as talk therapy for couples and families.
